Weekly Workout {Week 10}

Pushing ourselves when we're "just not feeling it" can be a good thing.

But other times, it's best to listen to what our bodies are telling us. And when they say "Who.....slow down!", you really do need to slow down.

Or at least that is what I am telling myself this week.

I've not felt "awesome" or even "good" this past week. My whole body has been achy and sore. I can't seem to get enough sleep. I just feel off. I don't think I'm getting sick. I think I just needed a break.

That is exactly what I did this week.

Bandit and I enjoyed some leisurely walks. I stuck my nose in a book most nights of the week. And I did something I don't normally do---I went out with some folks from work and was sociable. It was FANTASTIC and a great "recharge" before I get back at it next week!

Monday: Off
Tuesday: Off
Thursday: 2 mile walk with Bandit
Friday: Off
Saturday: 1.5. mile walk with Bandit
Sunday: 2 mile walk with Bandit
