Weekly Workouts {Week 4}

OH how glorious it is to be on a schedule!

I'm finally starting to see some extra strength from going to CrossFit and doing my own workouts at home. This last Thursday, we had "free time" to work on any skill we wanted to with the Cross Fit coaches making sure we didn't injure ourselves. I went with handstands.

I can't QUITE do a full handstand, it's more like the letter "J" but I was able to walk my hands to and from the wall without breaking my face. Big time win! And dare I say, so much fun! I even managed to do one at home without a spotter.

I still can't seem to hit my macros. I do really well during the day, but as soon as evening hits, just give me ALL THE CARBS. It's really frustrating, but I'm working on it.

Monday: Off
Tuesday: CrossFit + 1.15 mile walk with Bandit
Wednesday: Off
Thursday: CrossFit
Friday: Off
Saturday: 1 mile walk with Bandit + shoulder workout including a handstand!
Sunday: 1.5 mile walk with Bandit + HIIT
