Musical Me

25 April, 2015

There are a whole lot of other bloggers out there who are much cooler than me and post some really great/fun stuff.

Case in point, Musical Me.

Becky, over at The United States of Becky (Northern Michigan bloggers unite!), posted her Musical Me list and it was all kinds of awesome. So I'm stealing borrowing the idea.

The concept is pretty simple: Just write out your URL, then fill in song titles, acrostic style.
(Each song is linked to youtube if you'd like to listen to any of them.)

Awesome, right?!

So here is my list (and why I picked some of them) for you all to enjoy!

My Stupid Mouth by John Mayer 9 times out of 10 this could be my theme song
Imagine by John Lennon
Lady Magic by Ben Taylor If a dude every told me this song made him think of me I'd be done.
Everyday I Have the Blues by John Mayer Trio Four words: Pino Palladino on bass.
Shadow Boxer by Fiona Apple Fiona Apple made me want to be a songstress.

Fell In Love With a Girl by The White Stripes I have a deep love for Jack White.
Ring of Fire by Johnny Cash
Ordinary World by Duran Duran
Mrs. Robinson by Simon and Garfunkel My love of music is rooted in the sounds of S&G.

Owl Eyes by Devendra Banhart This song makes me irrationally giddy.
Railroad Bill by Andrew Bird
Django by Joe Bonamassa This is my ringtone. I rarely answer just so I can hear the whole thing.
If It Kills Me by Jason Mraz
Nothing Fancy by Dave Barnes LOVE this song.
Anytime You Need Me by Michael Franti
Ride the River by Eric Clapton & J.J. Cale
Yellow Submarine by The Beatles I used to sing this song with my dad as kid all the time.
