WTF......where is the time going?!

Another week of missed training runs and half finished blog posts.

This week my plan is to get myself back on a schedule and actually stick with it.

As for this last week, there wasn't exactly a whole lot of running. Just walking. Now that it's finally getting nice outside, it's hard to justify running inside on the treadmill. But on the flipside, Bandit has gotten out of habit of running so when I do try and run with him, I spend half my time dragging him down the road. It's not fun for either of us.

Monday: Off
Tuesday: 2.5 mile walk with Bandit
Wednesday: Off
Thursday: Off
Friday: 2 mile walk with Bandit
Saturday: 1.6 mile walk with Bandit
Sunday: Personal Training, yoga, 1.6 mile walk with Bandit

Weekly Totals: 7.7 miles (0 miles running,  7.7 miles walking)
