Monday Mileage

The plague continued to wreck havoc on anything remotely close to working out or eating a semblance of a healthy diet this week.

I think this photo from my first day back to the gym in a week sums things up nicely.....

Needless to say, it was a bit rough but thankfully because of Bandit I still got out and moved around a bit. I am oh so glad to be on the mend and have been working my way to my normal routine.

Monday: 1.8 mile walk with Bandit
Tuesday: 1.74 mile walk with Bandit
Wednesday: Off day
Thursday: 2.25 mile run/walk <---first day back on a treadmill, thought I was doing to die, 1.25 mile walk with Bandit
Friday: 1.47 mile run
Saturday: 1.24 mile run
Sunday: .75 mile, yoga class, strength training, 2 mile run

Weekly Totals: 12.5 miles (7.7 miles running,  4.75 miles walking)
